Ordering, Payment & Shipping Policy
We at Pets Natural Choyce want your online experience to be
enjoyable, simple and successful. We have
created an ordering, shipping and payment process to make
your life easier. Please review our policies and procedures and let us know

Most credit and debit card orders are shipped on the same
business day. Mail orders are shipped once payment is
received.
The shipping choices for online orders shipped within the
United States and internationally are Domestic Overnight,
Express and Expedited. Expedited or Express orders placed by
3 pm CST will ship on the same business day. We try to ship
all orders within 24 business hours.
Please note: We do not ship orders on Saturday or Sunday.
Any order placed on Saturday, Sunday or a national holiday
will be shipped on the next business day.

held responsible or liable for any problems that result at
your local customs office. If customs duties are assessed,
these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be
paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items
that are seized at your local customs office.

homeopathic products for personal use. It is your

increased vigilance in Germany, we no longer ship to
Germany.

local customs office. Some countries may require various

ship any products to any countries that may require any type

USA Overnight Shipping & Handling -
Please understand that choosing Overnight does not
necessarily mean your order will be in your hands tomorrow.
While most orders do ship on the same day, depending on when
your order is received, some will be shipped on the
following day. You will receive your order 1-2 days after
the order has been processed, which in most cases is within
24 hours. We do not ship orders on Saturdays or Sundays. A
signature may be required for FedEx and UPS deliveries.
Back Orders
In the unlikely event that any items in your order are
unavailable for immediate delivery, we will ship the
remainder of your order immediately and ship the balance
when it becomes available (with no additional shipping
charges).
